Return and Refund EligibilityProduct Defects: If the product received by the customer has manufacturing defects, quality issues, or does not match the product description on the e - commerce platform, the customer is eligible for refund(the customer don not need to return the purchase). The customer must provide clear evidence, such as photos or videos, to prove the defect or mismatch within 14 days of receiving the product.Size/Color Mismatch: In case of size or color mismatch (when the ordered size/color is different from what is received), the customer can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. We may ask you to contact with our customer service Centre by email and ship to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will ship out eh exchange product of your choice based on the orders.Customer - Initiated Returns: For non - defective products, if the customer simply changes their mind or no longer wants the product, they can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. However, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs. We may ask you to contact with our customer service Centre by email first and ask you to send back the product you do not want any more. Damaged During Return Shipping: If the product is damaged during the return shipping process, the customer should contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. If the damage is not the customer's fault, the seller will still process the refund after an investigation.Missing Items: If the customer returns a product but some accessories or parts are missing, the seller may deduct the corresponding value from the refund amount after notifying the customer.If there is a dispute between the customer and the seller regarding a return or refund, the customer can first contact our customer service by email
